At Xcel Driver Training Solutions, we pride ourselves on giving the highest possible standard in driving instructor training. We have got a proven track record within the instructor training industry. We have trained hundreds of potential driving instructors (pdi's) to pass the ADI exams and become fully qualified ADI's. We have a specialist trainer who has "rescued" many pdi's to pass their part three and part two exams. Our courses are aimed at those ADI's/PDI's who take their careers seriously and dont mind being pushed to be the best they can be within the driving instructor indusrty. Xcel are not a multi national company with high over heads, therefore we are in a position to offer 1:1 bespoke training.
Our ORDIT registered driving instructor trainers have undergone an assessment by a senior examiner within the Driving Standards Agency, to ensure that they are capable of providing a good standard of driving instructor training.
ORDIT trainers are checked on a regular basis to ensure that their training is still at that suitable standard.
Our trainers are ORDIT registered to provide part 1, part 2 and part 3 training, and check test training. We also provide "rescue" part 2 & 3 training.
Be sure to check that your ORDIT trainer is qualified to provide all three parts of the training - the registration process means that a trainer who is not qualified to give part 3 training will not have proved their capability and may not be at the required standard.
Many driving instructor training providers are not yet ORDIT registered. This does not necessarily mean that they are not capable of providing the training to a good standard, but it should raise questions about why they have not registered. The cost to register is small and the regulatory requirements are minimal - the assessment of the actual standard of training is the most stringent aspect of the process.
If you choose to train with a non-ORDIT trainer, ensure that you are doing so after thorough research and preferably personal recommendations from someone whose opinion you trust.
Xcel is ORDIT registered, so you have peace of mind in knowing your trainer has been inspected by the Driving Standards Agency senior examiner.
